Overview
The PMIO-8-7 is a general-purpose I/O controller designed to be tailored to your application in firmware. The hardware provides a balanced mix of protected inputs and outputs sized for real machine control, an Arm Cortex-M0+ processor, and an on-board CAN 2.0B interface. It ships as a blank platform: you supply the firmware, or we build and validate it for you.

Applications
Joystick control of proportional (Danfoss PVG) valves. The four high-side outputs deliver 1 kHz PWM at 25–75% duty — a direct match for Danfoss PVG-series proportional valves. Read a dual-axis joystick on the redundant analog inputs, cross-check the paired channels to catch a failed sensor, and gate all outputs behind a deadman input. The relay outputs handle directional or auxiliary selection.
Other typical uses:
- Sensor aggregation & CAN gateway — collect analog and digital signals and publish them as CANopen or J1939 messages
- Actuator & relay switching — drive solenoids, lamps, and contactors with current-limited high-side outputs and two fused relays

Program it yourself. Full access to the Arm Cortex-M0+ core through an open, royalty-free XC32/GCC toolchain. SWD programming header and UART debug console included. Your application, your IP.
