Terms and Conditions

1. Precedence of Terms

By purchasing from Perspic Inc, the client agrees to these terms exclusively. The client explicitly waives any conflicting terms in its own purchase orders or standard terms. Any exceptions must be agreed to in writing in advance by Perspic Inc.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 30 business days unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments are subject to a fixed charge of 10% on the overdue amount. Perspic Inc reserves the right to suspend delivery or services in the event of late payment.

3. Collections & Legal Costs

Accounts unpaid 60 days after the due date may be forwarded to a third-party collections agency. All associated legal and recovery fees will be payable by the client.

4. Withholding Taxes

Any withholding taxes or other deductions mandated by the client’s local jurisdiction are the client’s sole responsibility. Perspic Inc must receive the full invoice amount regardless of local tax regulations.

5. Scope of Liability

Perspic Inc will deliver services and products with commercially reasonable care but does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. The client agrees that Perspic Inc is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, and will not be party to any dispute between the client and its own customers.

6. Claims & Disputes

Any claim relating to delivered goods or services must be submitted in writing via registered mail within 8 calendar days of receipt. After this period, claims may be rejected.

7. Force Majeure

Perspic Inc shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or regulatory changes.

8. Governing Law

All agreements, disputes, and business dealings shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


Return Policy



Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@perspic.ca with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or special-order items
  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.

 



🛠️ 1-Year Limited Warranty on Manufacturing Defects

Coverage

Perspic Inc warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

This limited warranty applies only to the original buyer and is non-transferable.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in material or assembly
  • Defects resulting from improper workmanship under normal usage conditions

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, or environmental damage (e.g., corrosion, humidity, extreme temperatures)
  • Modifications or repairs not authorized by Perspic Inc
  • Damage resulting from accidents, neglect, or force majeure events
  • Third-party components not manufactured by Perspic Inc

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, the client must:

  1. Notify Perspic Inc in writing or via email within the warranty period.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation).
  3. Return the product, at the client’s expense, for evaluation if requested.

Perspic Inc will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue a credit for any product found to be defective under the terms of this warranty. Any replacement parts or products are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Perspic Inc be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, downtime, or damage to other equipment. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
